VISION IS BIRTH FROM A PLACE OF GREAT DISCOMFORT

Ladies and Gentlemen, permit me to welcome you to the tenth month in the year 2018.Happy New Month revered readers. I pray that the Lord will free us from all our worries and pains. May He give us perfect peace just like running waves. May we be liberated from all our shackles, just like a flowing air.

I'll like to pen my thoughts about VISION.

Vision is birthed from a place of great discomfort.

Vision is never birthed from a position of solace. It regularly gets through the birth trench of agony, uneasiness, depression.

Jacob saw his vision when he used a stone as a pillow.

Jesus' mission was accomplished on the cross and recall His Gethsemane encounter.

The Israelites had to do a 40-year 'rendezvous' to actualize theirs.

Mary birthed The Saviour in a filthy manger.

The Bible is loaded with such a large number of such records however we likewise observe the individuals who lost their vision and mission on a platter of solace and a momentary snapshot of 'jollification';

Samson lost it on Delilah's succulent bosom.

Esau lost it for a hot place of porridge.

Judas Iscariot lost it to a 'dangled carrot' called greed and betrayal.

Adam and Eve lost it to their appetite.

So,  friends,  value your pain.  Appreciate your discomfort.  Most of the time, in that state, you are about to birth something remarkable so,  remain strong and be encouraged.

 It's also my Country's Independence, 58 years (Yo). Happy independence day to my beloved Nigeria, I pray and hope that your leaders readjust their lens and focus on making you the best you ought to be. May Nigeria be great again.
