WHAT DO YOU VALUE IN FRIENDSHIP?

I misplaced my School Identification Card in the middle of an exam, just imagine the psychological trauma😤😤 knowing you won't be allowed into the exam hall without it. Fifteen minutes to the exam and my ID was nowhere to be found, I was just panicking. I managed to calm down and started thinking of a solution.I  Picked up my phone, called my best friend to help print out my Course Form (it's also a proof that I registered for the course). She was very busy when I put the call through but she rushed down as a matter of urgency and brought it for me (oh how this girl loves me). When I saw her running (She hardly runs, it's not just her thing) to the exam hall with the Course Form my heart literally melted and I questioned myself If I really deserved the love she showed. Hence my question, WHAT DO YOU VALUE IN FRIENDSHIP?

Rare as is true love, true friendship is rarer. Jean de La Fontaine

I value Honesty. Loyalty. Acceptance. Care. Attention. Presence and Sacrifice. What about you?

Love is not confined to the three words I LOVE YOU, It's in our actions too. You'll agree with me that there are a thousand and one ways to show love but action does it more for me.

I am grateful for the gift of Friendship💗even though its not a easy ride but it's always worth it, I mean the real ones.

I'll be in the comment section looking out for your comments.

Cheers to the weekend🍻

  3. "Goodness"

What I mean by goodness, I mean, an all encompassing act of good, truthfulness, faithfulness, loyalty and a host of many others.

Friendship is just so sweet when there is openness too.

    1. Openness, I agree with you. I remember when people used to complain that I was too secretive not knowing I was not comfortable around them. Onces I'm comfortable around you I open up easily.

    2. Great question and a great post Victoria.

I value kindness, tolerance, sensitivity and treating individuals with respect.

To me, the golden rule captures it all for me: "Do unto others what you would have them do to you."

When we get to the conclusion of the whole mattter, no one, no matter how tough skinned they claim to be, would love to be treated badly. Why then do we treat others that way.
